PUBLIC AND PRESIDENTIAL SEALS ACT - 1970 (ACT 342)

    Section - 2 - Custody of Seals.

    (1) The Secretary to the Cabinet or such other member of the Public Services as may be prescribed by regulations, shall have the custody and charge of the Public Seal.

    (2) The Secretary to the President or such other member of the Public Services as may be prescribed by regulations, shall have the custody and charge of the Presidential Seal.
