POLICE SERVICE ACT - 1970 (ACT 350)

    Section - 29 - Causing Disaffection.

    Any person who causes or does any act calculated to cause disaffection among police officers, or induces or does any act calculated to induce any police officer to withhold his service or commit any act of misconduct, shall be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding two hundred new cedis or to imprisonment not exceeding twelve months, or to both.
